R U typing a good dating profile?

InterNET_LOVe_by_tipsyfairyPerhaps you are an avid text massenger. Perhaps you are a frequent internet user. Perhaps you are trying to meet someone online. This is not an article about online dating sites or tips to find that special cyber-someone, but rather one about the most neglected online art: typing.

In other news, cheeseburgers are fattening, the sky is blue, and T-Pain likes to use the Autotuner. But seriously…although it’s cliche, finding mutual happiness in your relationship is key.  It’s easy to point out all the pet peeves and “I Hates“…

“I hate it when you smoke in the house,”

“I hate it when you leave the milk out of the fridge,”

“I hate it when you forget to feed The Gimp.”

But instead, take a different approach. Begin to take notice and focus on the little things that make you, and your significant other smile. Read more

Long Distance Relationships + Technology: The Real Deal?

Here at Leftos, we’re beginning to notice that long distance relationships aren’t what they used to be.

Between technological innovations like Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, AIM and Texting aka Sexting (to name a few), the need for a telephone for its actual use (to make phone calls) has become obsolete.

Instead of quickly punching in 10 numbers to make that phone call, those in long distance relationships opt to click their way through the process. Read more
